hard part about buying on the Internet is that the pictures, no matter how well
done, can NEVER equal the experience of "in hand, full eye" view.
Because of this, buying mistakes can occur which can result in dissatisfaction.
I feel that the return shipping should be paid by Blue Heron Gem to remove any
pressure on the part of the buyer. Therefore, Blue Heron Gem will gladly
refund 100% of the purchase price as well as the return shipping of the cab (standard
shipping only, not overnight :-)) in the form of PayPal or customer preference.
AND WE MEAN IT! No Questions Asked! The LAST thing we want is
ANYBODY who is not happy in every way with their purchase. AND WE MEAN THAT
TOO!! We will do whatever it takes to ensure 100% satisfaction.
SHIPPING
US Residents - Cabochons:
We
ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail inside the US, First Class International to other
countries. If you wish us to ship via another service such as UPS,
please contact us. Orders will ship within 72 hours of payment unless there
are extenuating circumstances such as federal holidays, etc.
Our
shipping charge for cabochons inside the US is $2.75 per shipment, regardless
of the number of cabs. This is for First Class Mail.
Priority
Mail is also available at a cost of $4.60 per shipment inside the US for as many
cabs as you purchase within a 7 day period.
If you wish to
purchase cabs over a 7 day period, please email us so we can start a "box" for
you. Insurance
is not required but recommended. Blue Heron Gems is not responsible for
the loss of uninsured shipments. Insurance rates are below:

International
customers - Cabochons:
Your
shipping charge will be $4.75 except for Canada which is $3.00. All
international packages are shipped via First Class International unless you
request a different method of shipping. If you desire a different method
of shipping, please email us so we can determine the correct shipping cost.
Specimen Shipping:
Shipping
for specimen items will be based on shipping weight. We will email you with
a specific cost.
PAYMENTS
We
accept PayPal, personal checks & money orders. Credit Card payments
are also available via PayPal. Orders paid by personal check are held until
